Translation and work visa application service fees excluded.

Key requirement

All documents in Korean or English must be translated into Chinese (Traditional) and submitted. Notarization by the Taiwanese representative in the country of origin is required for certain documents.

Required Documents

1. Individual director or shareholder

  • Passport copy certificate
  • Chinese translation of documents proving address of residence within the last 3 months
  • Chinese translation and bankbook cover copy of detailed transaction statement of personal account for the last 3 months or more

2. Corporate Shareholders

  • Chinese translation of corporate registration certificate
  • Chinese translation of corporate business registration certificate
  • Chinese translation of the articles of incorporation
  • Chinese translation of the resolution of the board of directors related to the establishment of a subsidiary in Taiwan
  • Chinese translation of recent corporate financial statements (with corporate seal)
  • Chinese translation of the detailed transaction statement of a corporate account over the last 3 months and a copy of the bankbook cover

Notarization requirements

Documents 2a) to 2d) must be notarized by the Taiwanese representative in the country of origin.
Documents 2e) to 2f) can be processed without notarization.

Power of Attorney

A Taiwanese company incorporation power of attorney in Chinese is required. This document is provided by our company, however, notarization is required by the Taiwanese representative in the country of origin.

※ All documents in Korean or English must be translated into Chinese (Traditional) and submitted. When requesting a Chinese translation, contents are checked and a separate fee applies.

Service Costs

1. Establishment of the company as a sole individual shareholder
(If the capital is less than 1 million Taiwan dollars and the industry is trading)

  • Establishment agency fee: TWD 35,000
  • Government fee, seal fee, and notarization fee in Taiwan: TWD 2,150
  • Registered business address cost: at least TWD 36,000 (excluding VAT)

Total amount

TWD 73,150 (VAT excluded / translation, work visa application service fee excluded)

2. Establishment of two individual directors and one corporate shareholder
(In the case of a capital of TWD 1 million or less and a simple trading industry)

  • Establishment agency fee: TWD 42,000
  • Government fee, seal fee, and notarization fee in Taiwan: TWD 1,650
  • Registered business address cost: at least TWD 36,000 (excluding VAT)

Total amount

TWD 79,650 (tax not included / translation and work visa application service fees excluded)

3. Other expenses

  • Recording cost (if total annual turnover is TWD 5 million or less): TWD 16,800 or more / Month × 12 months = TWD 201,600 or more
  • Company Annual Report: TWD 2,500
