Solution packages for the setups we build most often
Each package bundles the services a company in that situation actually needs in its first year. Start from one, then add or remove services with your advisor.
Indicative prices in USD. Your written proposal itemises one-off, monthly and annual fees and government charges before anything starts.
Setting up abroad involves dozens of decisions. You only need to make a few of them.
Our advisors handle the technical choices and explain the ones that are yours to make, in plain language and in order.

Licences and regulated structures
Beyond company formation, we advise on regulated activities: digital assets, payments, gaming, funds and securities.
Regulated licences need real substance, capital and fit-and-proper reviews. We assess feasibility with you before any engagement starts, and quote after scoping.
The paperwork is rarely the hard part. Knowing which questions to ask before filing is what experience buys you.

We look past the filing
Where you live, where customers pay you and how you plan to raise money all change the right structure. We ask about all three before recommending anything.
We work across borders
Many clients run a company in one country, hold it from another and sell into a third. We plan the whole chain so the pieces fit together.
We stay after launch
The team that formed your company handles its secretarial work, accounting and annual filings, so nothing is lost in a handover.
We are licensed and accountable
Mirr Asia holds a Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider licence and is a registered agent with the Hong Kong Companies Registry. We follow AML and client due diligence requirements on every engagement.

Common questions
If your question is not here, message us on KakaoTalk or use the form below.
Can you help me choose the right jurisdiction and entity?
Yes. This is where most engagements begin. We review where the shareholders live, where the business earns revenue and whether you plan to raise investment, then recommend a structure and explain the trade-offs.
Is your service suitable for startups and small businesses?
Yes. Many clients are founders and small teams. Packages are scoped to size, so a one-person trading company and a venture-backed startup receive different packages and prices.
How long does company registration take?
It depends on the jurisdiction. Some registries process a complete application within days, while jurisdictions that require licences or foreign investment approvals can take several weeks. Your proposal includes a timeline for your case.
What documents do I need?
Usually passport copies and proof of address for each shareholder and director, plus information about the business. Some jurisdictions need notarised or apostilled documents. We send a checklist specific to your structure.
Can you open a bank account for the company?
We prepare your application and introduce suitable banks or payment institutions. The final decision rests with the bank after its own due diligence, so we focus on making your file as complete as possible.
What is included in accounting and tax services?
Bookkeeping, financial statements, coordination with licensed auditors where an audit is required, and preparation of tax returns. The scope is set in your package according to local requirements.
Do you support the company after registration?
Yes. We handle company secretary work, registered address, accounting, tax filings, annual returns and corporate changes, and send regulatory updates that affect your company.
I already have a company. Can I still work with you?
Yes. We take over company secretary, registered address and accounting from your current provider and check the company's compliance status as part of the transfer.
Which official documents will I receive?
The documents the jurisdiction issues, typically the certificate of incorporation, constitutional documents, statutory registers and share certificates. Copies are stored in your dashboard, and originals are sent where the registry issues them.
Is everything done online?
Most steps are handled through your online dashboard. Some jurisdictions or banks require original signed documents or an in-person meeting, and we tell you in advance when that applies.
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation or create an account on our platform. An advisor reviews your plan and sends a written proposal, and you follow every step in your dashboard once you accept it.
Talk to an advisor
Tell us briefly what you are planning. An advisor will reply with next steps and, where possible, a package proposal.
