Establishment of a Slovakian Company
Acquisition of a business entity through company establishment or acquisition of an existing company.
- Slovakia company establishment service fee: EUR 1,800
- Estimated duration: at least 4 weeks (from the date of obtaining all documents)
- Acquisition of an existing company (limited VAT — simplified taxpayer): EUR 4,000
- Estimated duration: 2 weeks or more (from the date of obtaining all documents)
- Existing company acquisition (standard VAT — general taxpayer): EUR 6,250 and up
- Estimated duration: 2 weeks or more (from the date of obtaining all documents)
# Simplified taxpayers must pay VAT on sales as VAT and VAT on purchases or expenses as VAT.
General taxpayers may deduct VAT on purchases or expenses from VAT on sales.

Separate quotation items: VAT registration, accounting, registered address service
- VAT registration application handling fee: EUR 450
- Accounting bookkeeping (if the number of transactions is 250 or less per month, the monthly fee will be EUR 400)
- Annual Financial Statement Preparation Fee: EUR 400
- Payroll Handling Service: EUR 40 per month + EUR 40 per employee
- Registered Office Address Service: EUR 600 (Includes receiving mail from the government, opening and scanning mail, storage, email notifications, and shipping via courier if necessary)
- After company establishment, we will confirm the company's business transactions for the initial 2-3 months and provide guidance on VAT registration.
- If VAT registration is required, we can assist with the application process. (VAT registration handling fee: EUR 450)
VAT registration requirement: If the expected annual total sales amount is EUR 49,790 or more, VAT registration must be completed.

Establishment Requirements
- Only citizens of the European Union and OECD countries may be appointed as officers of a Slovakian company. Citizens of other countries must have obtained residency in Slovakia for at least three months.
- Foreigners who do not reside in Slovakia or have not obtained residency rights may also be registered as shareholders of a Slovak company.
- If there is a sole member, an official statement must be provided stating that the member does not own three or more other sole-owned companies registered in Slovakia.

- Scanned copy of ID or passport (original copy verified) for shareholders and directors
- Criminal background check issued within the last 2 months
- Company name search
- Proof of registered office address for the new company (e.g., lease agreement)
- Minimum capital: EUR 5,000

Company Formation Procedure
- 1Customer prepares apostille and embassy verification documents
- 2KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, then invoice issued
- 3After payment, prepare lease agreement for the registered office address
- 4Local translation and notarization of formation documents (cost: EUR 30~35 per page)
- 5Commercial license application
- 6Tax office account registration
- 7Local bank account opening in Slovakia (representative must attend the bank meeting)
- 8After company formation is complete, original registration documents from the Commercial Registry are provided
