The workstations have been installed on the floor and have electrical wiring and air conditioning. Customers must apply individually to the telecommunications company for landline phones, internet, etc. Rent includes the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) fee. The pantry and bathroom are shared and located outside the office. The size of the workstation is between 5 and 7 square meters. Only one person can work at a time. The workstation has one desk, one drawer, and one chair.
